1srt you have to losse 0.0.0.0 ressources to your ennemis.

2nd you have to build and farm with 20 legionnaire;

3rd you have to talk with "Rage" for make him stop attack you (i advice you to do it when you lost 0.0.0.0 ressources from his attack and also to be very diplomate)

Better send your troop away for not allow ennemis to catch it when you offline.

"Heart" politicy is not recruit farms.
For us player who manage those things show how much they want survive and be ready to fight any sittuation even the hell if need.

He did get attacked by me and I got away with 0 resources. Anyway, he sent a message to me like, a THREAT. I treat it as highly offensive but don't really mind since he applied to our alliance.
